My suitcase did not make it past the golden-yellow chaise lounge at this Airbnb in Sevilla.

When I started looking for places to stay in Mallorca, I kept coming back to the same Airbnb in Cala Figuera. It was a waterfront apartment overlooking a little fishing harbor, with whitewashed stone buildings, green shutters, boats moored right outside, and a terrace that looked almost too good to be true. I loved everything about it, except for one small problem: it wasn't available for our travel dates. So we booked another Airbnb, right? Nope, we changed our travel dates. There was something about that little harbor, with its green boat-garage doors and crystal-clear water, that I just couldn't get out of my head.
